A legal disclaimer

We want our customers to be satisfied with their purchases.  While refunds are generally honored, we have the right to refuse to issue a refunds.  Some conditions may apply.

Refund Policy - the basics

Because a majority of our products are handmade, please understand that some imperfections may be present.  If you receive one or more of our handmade products and they were received damaged or defected please take a picture immediately upon receipt and send it to the owner via email at pretty.plateevents@gmail.com.  We will get back with you withing 24 hours to address your situation.  If you like you can upload your images here. Just fill out the form and upload your images below. 

Once a refund has been issued

If you are granted a refund, you will be notified via email that your refund has been processed.  Please note: your refund will be returned to you the n the form of payment you used to purchase the item(s).  Please allow your institution the amount of time the use to process the credit back to your account. We will not bel held responsible for refund processing of your institution. Please contact your bank directly. 

All Sales Final

All Sales are final for personalized items.  Once approved by the customer there are no cancelations, refunds or exchanges.  Please contact us for more details.
